Almost a year ago, we contacted you about our wedding in Tuscany, and to be honest, I had imagined that coordinating everything—simply because of the distance and potential language barriers—would be very complicated. But right after our first conversation, I knew that you put your whole heart into your work and that we would be in good hands with you!
All communication from start to finish was incredibly smooth and well-organized, and you prepared us perfectly for our big day—which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders, especially as the bride.

We felt incredibly well taken care of by you the entire time, and even on the day of the wedding, you radiated such incredible calm that we simply couldn’t help but feel at ease.

You perfectly captured the story of how we met, and we especially loved that there were little surprises for us as the bride and groom—whether through words each of us had never heard the other say about us, or the beautiful gestures at the end of the wedding ceremony that you incorporated into the service. We felt as though we were sitting there “just the two of us” in front of you, despite all the guests, which is why the ceremony felt very intimate to us, and we would recommend you as a wedding officiant in Italy anytime. Dear Brigitte,

When we decided last summer to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary by renewing our wedding vows in Tuscany in an olive grove, surrounded by our children, grandchildren, and our German and Italian friends, we had no idea what it would all entail.

We found you online, and right from our first meeting, we felt confident that you wouldn’t just deliver the “wedding speech”, but that you’d also guide us through the process and make sure we didn’t lose our heads at any point.

With your proposed concept—which we then developed together, step by step, into the final program—you gave us the assurance that we no longer had to worry about the actual ceremony: you had that all under control for us.

Your heartfelt speech, which you delivered for our friends mostly in German and a little bit in Italian, was peppered with events from the past 50 years—stories you even managed to coax out of our children, some of which we ourselves had long since forgotten.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your dedication. You turned the ceremony of our celebration into a truly special experience.

P.S. We were thoroughly amused when we learned that we’re the first couple residing in Italy that you’ve “married.” But it was just in time—we’d only moved here three weeks before the celebration.
